Will MoveData Sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement?

Yes, MoveData will sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement with your organisation.

  • We are unable to sign your specific Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • We are unable to make changes to the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement

Will MoveData Sign my Data Processing Agreement?

No, MoveData is unable to sign your Data Processing Agreement. By using MoveData you automatically incorporate MoveData's Data Processing Addendum which is part of MoveData's Terms of Service.

Will MoveData Conduct my Transfer Impact Assessment / Transfer Risk Assessment?

No. As stated in our Data Processing Addendum, MoveData is the Data Importer (for the purpose of data transfer under the Data Protection Laws). Conducting a Transfer Impact Assessment (also known as Transfer Risk Assessment) is an obligation placed on Data Exporters (our Clients) signing up to the appropriate safeguards mechanisms (the SCCs and UK Addendums provided by us) contained in our Data Processing Addendum.
